Contact

We welcome enquiries from readers, other publications, harm-reduction organisations, regulators and legal representatives. Please use the contact route that best fits your enquiry, so that we can route your message to the right person and reply more quickly. Every message sent to the addresses on this page reaches a monitored editorial inbox rather than an automated system, and every reply is written by a member of the editorial team.

Editorial enquiries

Editorial questions, factual corrections, story tips or interview requests should go to [email protected]. This inbox is monitored by our editorial lead, Jack Temple. Please include as much detail as you can, including the specific page, section or article you are referring to. If your enquiry concerns a claim we have made, a link to the relevant paragraph helps enormously and speeds up the review.

General enquiries

General reader enquiries, feedback on the editorial voice, or suggestions for topics we should cover can be sent to [email protected]. We read every message and aim to respond within three working days. We may not be able to answer individual account questions about specific operators, because we do not have access to any operator's back-office systems and are not in a position to intervene in a live dispute.

Privacy and data protection

Requests relating to your personal information, including subject-access requests under UK GDPR, should be sent to [email protected]. Please see our privacy policy for more information about how we handle personal data, how long we retain it, and how to exercise your rights.

Press and permissions

Journalists and researchers wishing to quote, cite or reproduce material from Jack Temple should write to the editorial address above with the specific article and the intended use. We generally welcome citation with a clear link back to the original page. Bulk reuse and syndication requests need editorial approval in advance.

Response times

We aim to reply to editorial and general enquiries within three working days. Complex enquiries may take longer, particularly if we need to consult external sources or take legal advice. We will always acknowledge your message and let you know if a full reply will be delayed. Enquiries received during weekends and UK bank holidays are answered on the next working day.
